SUOMY SPEEDSTAR FLOW INTEGRAL HELMET

SPEEDSTAR is the new generation SUOMY integral composed of TRICARBOCO (fiber-carbonaramidic) with dynamic and performing shapes, developed and optimized in the wind tunnel. The interiors are produced with the best technologies to guarantee reliability, comfort and safety; the typical performances of the world of competitions meet the tourist-sporting ones to give life to a versatile helmet from the technical solutions for any path.

MATERIAL CAP
Shell made of TRICARBOCO material that allows to obtain a lighter and at the same time even more rigid and protective shell. The new composite is a mixture of carbon fiber with various weights / loads of breaking and aramid composite that allows you to have a very light cap but at the same time even more resistant to impact.
The helmet is produced with caps of different sizes depending on the size proposed and thus allows to offer a perfect proportion between the volume of the helmet and the size of the rider, while maintaining the degree of protection and safety.
PROTECTIVE POLYSTYRENE
Studied in different densities, it allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the impact force generated by an impact. Although most of the energy due to an impact is absorbed by the outer protective shell due to its deformation, the role of polystyrene is decisive for the absorption of residual energy. A different density of the same polystyrene allows to optimize the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene complex, ensuring the maximum degree of absorption in all areas of the helmet itself.
VENTILATION
The internal polystyrene protection has been studied to work in symbiosis with the air intakes, placed on the fiber cap. The particular grooves, made on polystyrene, allow the incoming air flow to have optimal ventilation inside the helmet and, at the same time, a quick discharge of the hot air flows coming out from the rear air intakes.
INDOOR
Interior comfort lining and cheek pads are removable, washable and replaceable. They are made of high quality bielastic fabric with specific fibers that offer the following characteristics: Sweat away from the body - Optimal temperature maintenance - Light, soft and breathable fabric
RETENTION SYSTEM
The retention system is the now reliable and tested "D-RING" with double rings in light alloy.
VISOR
The visor is made of injection-grade polycarbonate in optical class 1 with variable thickness and anti-scratch treatment. The visor is easily removable, thanks to a practical mechanism, without the use of tools.
PINLOCK
Speedstar is designed and equipped with a PINLOCK Max Vision 70 device
SUN VISOR
Speedstar is equipped with a wide internal sun visor, easily operated with the left hand.
