Return Policy

You may return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (for example, if the item is incorrect or defective).

Refunds are generally processed within four weeks from the time the return package is handed over to the carrier. In many cases, however, refunds are issued more quickly.
This timeframe includes:

• the transit time required for the return to reach us (5–10 business days),

• the processing time once the return is received (3–5 business days),

• the time required by the bank to complete the refund (5–10 business days).

To make a return, simply log in to your account, view your order using the “Completed Orders” link in the “My Account” menu, and click the “Return item(s)” button.
You will receive an email notification once the returned item has been received and processed.

We ship to almost all countries worldwide, with free shipping to most European countries.
